Steps for integration

Step 1: Initialize Integration

In Siena, go to Channels → Gladly → Add Account, then the prompt will show you a unique email address.

You’ll log in to your Gladly integration and invite this email address as a user with an API User and Agent permission assigned to it

Step 2: Invite and accept the user (SIENA USE ONLY)

An email will be sent to our [email protected] email, which we have to verify and create the user.
